London in the sun.

So this time last week it was my birthday! I had a lovely day spent with my family, and in the evening I went out with a big group of girls who I've been friends with since high school. I had such a lovely day and it's definitely up there as one of my favourite birthdays. As one of my presents I was lucky enough to get these Office wedges which I am a little bit obsessed with. They're so comfortable! The style and colour means that they'll go with practically any outfit I'll wear this summer, so expect to see these a lot in my future blog posts! Yesterday I met a friend of mine in Islington for a catch up over dinner and drinks, as it was still so warm we sat outside and made the most of happy hour. We stopped off at Cabana, a Brazilian restaurant/bar. It had the most amazing interior filled with bright summery colours and fairy lights, a Pinterest dream. To accompany our Passion fruit and strawberry caipirinha's we filled our stomachs with cheesy dough balls and garlic butter, tortilla chips and guacamole and the portobello beirut flatbread. All of which were amazing, I'd never heard of this place and I'll definitely be going back again. As a vegetarian there were so many options of things to choose from which always makes a restaurant rank higher in my books, more places need to be like this! As the happy hour finished we wondered over to Wenlock and Essex, a circus themed bar for one more drink.
