I think I might be in love with skorts. There I've said it, I loved wearing them in the 90s and I love wearing them now, other than my beloved playsuits & dresses I don't think anything will beat them. Don't get me wrong, I think skirts look great, but to be as comfortable as you are in shorts? I don't see how you couldn't love them. What's more is that they're also bang on trend. When I was about 7 or 8 yeas old I had a black linen skort from H&M with a red dragon in the corner (sounds seriously cool, I know) which I wore religiously as I channeled my inner Lisa from Steps. Many years later I've gone back to that look that I loved so much but with a bit more of a 2015 twist and I'm pleased to say I'm no longer obsessed with Steps.
Some of you may recognise this outfit from my previous post, where I spent the afternoon at No 11 Pimlico Road, and seeing as it was such a nice day I took the opportunity to take some outfit photos. If you haven't seen my little write up, and I mean little there are a lot of photos, you can do so here, my No.11 Pimlico Road review. I absolutely loved spending the day in Chelsea, I spotted the house of my dreams tucked away from the busy roads and covered in flowers. I finally got to appreciate how lovely London is in the sunshine after sitting indoors and daydreaming about it all week at work and vowed to spend more time in the area. I'd love to know what 90s fashion/beauty trend you're pleased has had comeback! I'm personally pleased that nude/stone lips, denim jackets and tartan skirts are all back!
