Beanie - (old) Vans, Sweatshirt - Carharrt c/o ASOS, Disco pants - American Apparel, frilly socks - Topshop, Puma trainers - Office and Necklace - Anna Lou of London

Like my last post this outfit is pretty casual and something that I would wear on a more everyday basis. This outfit would be perfect for the autumn months and for those of you starting back at university or college. For the cooler summer months you could replace the beanie and jumper for a cami top and statement necklace. I absolutely love wearing my frilly socks and teaming them with trainers like Nike Janoski's or  Converse. It's a really great way to add a feminine element to your "tomboy style" outfit.

On Wednesday I took a trip to Oxford Circus with my mum and then met up with a friend from uni for drinks and dinner in Soho. We went to B-Soho where they were having happy hour from 4:30-7, if you're in London around this time it's a really great place to go and the drinks aren't too expensive during this time either! We decided to have dinner at one of my favourite restaurants Bill's, although B-Soho also does  really amazing pizza's (another place added to my mental "must-go-here" list.)

There won't be a post next week as I'm lucky enough to be going to Barcelona for a week. So you can expect a few posts about what I got up to, outfit of the day and maybe even a hotel review.

Summer is here! Today my boyfriend and I spent the day photographing outfits for a project I'm currently working on, (if it all goes well) and this was probably my favourite one of the day. I absolutely love this jacket, despite buying one pretty similar a few weeks ago I felt like I had to have this jacket too. I've also spotted Lily Melrose wearing and raving about it in one of her latest posts! It goes perfectly with casual outfits like this one or would be a great  piece to wear to a wedding or a festival!

Earlier on this week I took a day trip to Brighton with some of my best friends from high school and had such a lovely day. I often forget how close it is to me and I really should take advantage of it a bit more. The day was filled with wine, seaside chips, sea, sun and lots of laughter. It was the best day off I've had in a while and I plan on visiting Brighton a lot more if the weather continues to be as lovely as this!

I hope you enjoyed this post and please let me know if you're enjoying more of my fashion posts or not.
(P.S Can anyone tell me what's happening with GFC I thought it was meant to have gone on Monday?)

On Wednesday night I was lucky enough to attend the DKNY artworks party thanks to the people at Saint larger, which was hosted by one of my top girl crushes, Cara Delevingne. The party was launching the London installation piece curated by DKNY. The brand is celebrating work from up and coming talent from around the globe. The party was amazing, as someone who never goes to this type of event I was extremely impressed and slightly overwhelmed. The venue, a converted fire station was covered in coloured neon lighting and graffiti. The party really started when the incredible Iggy Azalea took to the stage and performed songs such as Bounce and Work. My friend and I then took ourselves to the bar and found ourselves having a few too many cocktails and mini bottles of Moet. We thought that it was best if we danced ourselves (slightly) sober again to DJ Nick Grimshaw's set. The second performance of the night was by the host's best friend Rita Ora, who pleasantly surprised the audience with an energetic set and had guest Wretch 32 join her onstage for R.I.P. I was lucky enough to meet a few people that night including the really lovely Millie Mackintosh and gorgeous Jourdan Dunn. I continued to dance the night away before having a slightly tipsy and giggly journey back home...

On my Friday my flatmate and I decided to be a bit naughty and go out to one of Birmingham's biggest clubs, Gatecrasher. I have lots of university work to be doing so I shouldn't really have gone out but I felt like I deserved it and I wouldn't be a proper student if I didn't go out right before a hand in would I? So I thought I would show you what I wore, this is the first time I've worn this leotard without a shirt on top as the whole of your back is exposed. I felt very naked but a whole bottle of wine later told me that this night was the night that I'd go without one. We had a really great time, we danced, drank plenty of cocktails and didn't come back home till the early hours of the morning. Everything you should be doing when at university, after all it's meant to be the best time in your life!

I'm aware we look a little silly but these photos make me laugh so much, and I'll know I'll look back on these photos with fond memories. One of my flat mates said that we look like we should have been in a girl band, my absolute dream! My dear friend Amy also has also just started a fashion blog so you can check that out here!

Until next time, Daisy x

It's my 20th birthday in less than a month (27th June to be exact) and I was thinking about what I would like to have for my birthday, this list is a bit unrealistic but I can dream! I was thinking about asking for things for my bedroom as I am moving house soon and want to make my bedroom look really girly and cosy, but I think I can buy those things myself over the summer. A few things on the list I have wanted for ages and others are new found loves of mine. My top 3 gifts on the list have to be the Mulberry bracelet, Burberry Perfume which smells amazing and may even beat my  current favourite scent Chloe by Chloe and the gorgeous bronzing highlighter Benefit Sun Beam.

Burberry Body Perfume - £45                 Fred Perry Halter Neck Dress - £90

American Apparel Disco Pants - £70                            Jones + Jones Saffron Dress - £65

Benefit Sun Beam Highlighter - £18.50                             OPI mini ballet collection set - £12.95
