autumn fall outfit blogger fashion asos

Coat - c/o ASOS, vest (old) - Zara, Legging jeans - Gap, Converse - Kurt Gieger, Bag (old) - ASOS
and Daisy necklace - Anna Lou of London

Out of all my outfit posts I've done, I have to say that this is one of my favourite. This is something I would wear on a day to day basis, my style is pretty basic when I don't have to be anywhere important. I practically live in my converse, jeans and checked shirts. I've wanted a coat like this for ages so when I got this got this I was pretty chuffed, I'm still working on how I'll wear it with other things as it can be pretty awkward with other outfits due to its shape. However I can tell it's going to be a staple in my autumn wardrobe and teamed with tartan which is looking to be MASSIVE this A/W. I've already got my eye on these two pieces (1 & 2).

I thought I'd share with you all a few of my favourite photos from the past week or so as I've really been enjoying exploring London with a few of my friends on my days off. (Don't look if you're feeling hungry, these pictures are mainly of food....)

I hope you've been enjoying the sunshine, let me know what you've been up to and if you have any recommendations of things to do in London. I'd also like to know if you want me to continue doing outfit posts so frequently or for me to change it up a bit more....
These are a few snaps of my most recent project I've been working on as part of my second year at university. I've been given the theme of forever young, so I went back to my childhood (and I'm sure many of yours) in the nineties, and revisited some of its fashion trends. I really struggled to find good indoor locations for fashion photography until I thought of using a games arcade in London. I don't think we were really allowed to photograph here but I couldn't resist risking it anyway. I think the lighting works quite well with my given theme and in the photographs. I used my beautiful friend and amazing blogger, Liv to test out my ideas. I'd love to know what you think or if you have any ideas for future projects in the comments below. For those of you wondering, the images were also styled by me and clothing is a mixture of Livs own, vintage, Primark and Topshop.

What I'm wearing: Plum Body - Gap (old but similar here from American Apparel),
Polka Dot Pinafore - Miss Selfridge and Converse - Kurt Gieger.

This outfit post is a lot more casual than my previous one but I hope you like it just as much. This outfit brought me right back to my childhood in the nineties, I felt like a five year old me in this polka dot pinafore from Miss Selfridge, can you tell I've been loving spots recently? I've wanted this pinafore/playsuit for a while, so when I was lucky enough to receive a voucher from work to spend anywhere in the shopping centre I work in  I knew had to get this. With my student discount I got it for the bargain price of £15!
Although living in England we don't get to see too much sunshine especially around this time of year, I feel that this outfit would be perfect for when we do get some. I've decided to keep the rest of the outfit very plain with a basic plum leotard and some converse, however if I wanted to wear this outfit now I would definitely have to wear some tights.

Yes, the title of this post is a One Direction song, I wish I was sorry and I didn't like them but I can't help but love them and I am so jealous of everybody who's been lucky enough to see them on their latest tour. Definately my guilty pleasure!

What did you think of this post and what would you like to see me post? Feedback/comments are always SO helpful! Also If you are feeling kind please nominate me for Company's Blog awards in the Best Personal Style Newcomer Blog here - It would mean the world to me!

What I'm listening to: Send Me Down - Haim, My Number - Foals, Castro Dies - Jamie T & Lost in Your Love - Redlight.

Converse - Office (these are old but you can get them here), Dress - Topshop, Jacket - Topshop (old, very similar here) and bag - Urban Outfitters.
I decided to brave Oxford street on my day off with my mum to get a few last Christmas presents, and as I'm trying to do some more fashion related posts I thought I would show you what I wore. This is a pretty everyday outfit for me as I like to keep things simple and practically live in my Zara jeans. I brought this dress from Topshop during a 20% off student event they had a few months ago. I originally fell in love with the longer sleeved version of this but I couldn't find it in my size anywhere so I settled for this. I really love the tiny embroidered hearts and flowers on the dress, they really liven up the simple black dress.
The dress itself is really flattering and I find that it because of it's length and shape it makes me appear slimmer than I actually am (which is always a bonus!) The only thing I would say is that for the price (£46.00) that the material is quite thin and there is no lining so the dress is a little see through, but it's nothing that a long vest or slip can't sort out.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my second OOTD and please let me know if you would like me to do some more, as they're still pretty new and scary to me! I hope you're enjoying the holiday festivities and it's only 2 days until Christmas!

I also recently joined Lookbook, so if you have an account I'd love it if you wanted to come take a look!
