I don't know if it's just me but I've been finding clothes shopping quite hard recently, I don't know if it's because I've grown out of shops I used to love or I don't want to dress like I'm going to a festival or follow Kylie Jenner's style. My colleagues wouldn't believe I'm even writing this as I'm always having deliveries come to work but most of the time they get sent straight back. However a few weeks ago during a trip to Sloane Square I spotted this skirt in Zara and thought it would make a great transitional piece, so I packed it and thought it would be perfect to wear in the Cotswolds! We were so lucky with the weather during the days we were there as it was sunny and hot every single day. So I teamed this with a basic tee/body and wore it when we went village hopping one day. The embroidery on the skirt is so pretty and I think this really would look nice with a chunky knitted jumper, tights and boots as it gets colder. I'm so excited for it to get a bit cooler, as I love Autumn/winter fashion so much! Don't you?

and Daisy necklace - Anna Lou of London
Out of all my outfit posts I've done, I have to say that this is one of my favourite. This is something I would wear on a day to day basis, my style is pretty basic when I don't have to be anywhere important. I practically live in my converse, jeans and checked shirts. I've wanted a coat like this for ages so when I got this got this I was pretty chuffed, I'm still working on how I'll wear it with other things as it can be pretty awkward with other outfits due to its shape. However I can tell it's going to be a staple in my autumn wardrobe and teamed with tartan which is looking to be MASSIVE this A/W. I've already got my eye on these two pieces (1 & 2).
I thought I'd share with you all a few of my favourite photos from the past week or so as I've really been enjoying exploring London with a few of my friends on my days off. (Don't look if you're feeling hungry, these pictures are mainly of food....)
The delicious ice cream at Scoop on Brewer street
BBQ burger time at Graveney & Meadow

Courgette, olives and cheese pizza at Pizza East
I hope you've been enjoying the sunshine, let me know what you've been up to and if you have any recommendations of things to do in London. I'd also like to know if you want me to continue doing outfit posts so frequently or for me to change it up a bit more....
As the sun is finally out in London, I thought it
should have a look around for some great summer buys and I stumbled across
these absolute steals from one of my favorite shops Zara! I found these six
great summer buys all for under £150, including an outfit with a spare top and accessories.
As student I’m always on the look out for some great fashionable bargains. Zara
is such great value for money, you can get really high quality pieces for under
£20, which most of my picks are.
These pieces all fit with the current trends; print,
nude and Aztec but still would remain to be pieces you could wear again for
summers to come, as they look timeless. Out of my picks my top three items
would have to be the adorable nude T-bar flats, (which remind me of the studded
Valentino flats spotted on Alexa Chung a few months ago), the 50's style pink
and tortoise shell sunglasses and sequined shorts which are very much like the
extremely overpriced ones in All Saints.
Fashion maths: Vest £17.99 + Shorts £39.99 + Fox top
£19.99 + Bag £19.99 + Sunglasses £19.99 & Shoes £25.99 = a total of
£147.94
I hope to be getting my
hands on some of these items very soon and if you know of any great online
shops or summer pieces let me know in the comments below!
