Biscuiteers: 194 Kensington Park Road, Notting Hill
Now I may be biased as I do work for the company but I think Biscuiteers might be one of the most instagramed shops (and brands) ever. I constantly see the shop front on my feed and people are always tagging us (Biscuiteers) on Instagram. The beautiful hand painted illustrations do make for a lovely photo, plus there are loads of tasty biscuits and cakes inside which are also super fab to take a photo of. They also have an icing cafe on the Northcote Road if you're based in South London.
Sketch: 9 Conduit St, Mayfair
I was a little reluctant to include this in my list as I didn't have the best experience here but I can't deny that the place isn't beautiful. The pink interior of the parlour is bound to perk up anyone's feed and we can't forget about those toilets! Even social media queen Kylie Jenner is a fan!
Peggy Porschen: 116 Ebury St, Belgravia
The only place I feel rivals Biscuiteers as the most Instagrammed shop is Peggy Porschen! I happened to stumble across it one evening and managed to take snap whilst there was no one else in shot. I unfortunately was too late to try any of their delicious cakes but I really do hope to soon! I absolutely love the sugary pink colour of this shop and it's the perfect haven for a sweet toothed girl.
Chelsea in Bloom, Sloane Square (Runs during the Chelsea Flower Show)
I've wanted to visit Chelsea in Bloom for a few years now and this year I finally got the chance. Walking around the the area in the glorious sunshine, taking lots of floral snaps has to be one of my favourite things I've done so far this year. I can't wait to see what theme they have next year (as every year is different) and doing it all over again. It does get very busy so you'll have to be patient, you have been warned...
Liberty London: Regent St, W1B 5AH
One of the prettiest shops in London is located right off Oxford Street and leads you into the heart of Carnaby Street. A fantastic location to get shots of the iconic front as well as the gorgeous flowers by Wild At Heart by Nicki Tibbles. At Christmas they have the most wonderful window displays, last year it was themed around The Nutcracker ballet and it was just delightfully festive. Plus they have a cute tea room, treatment rooms and I have spotted a celeb or two in the loos!
Berners Tavern: 10 Berners St, Fitzrovia
Regent Street, Soho, W1B 5AZ
Regent Street is one of the best places to shop in London and is connected to so many locations which are perfect to Instagram! It's only a short walk to Sketch (mentioned above), so whilst your safely crossing the road to spend some more of your pay day cheque before having afternoon tea, why not try and get a snap of one of London's most iconic roads filled with taxis and red Routemaster buses.
Bronte: Grand Buildings, 5EJ, 1-3 Strand
Bronte is the perfect place to take a tourist or a friend visiting for the day. You're only a stones throw away from lots of the tourist hot spots including the National Gallery, a short walk to Buckingham Palace or Covent Garden. The interior design of this place is so luxe and that's what makes it so special, it was built under the creative direction of Tom Dixon, the man responsible for those copper candles. It really is an Instagram dream...
Westminster Bridge, London, SE1 7GL
This might be one of my favourite Instagram shots of all time. I snapped this whilst on the BB bakery afternoon tea bus, and I couldn't quite believe I'd got the shot. You could easily recreate this shot whilst popping to Regents Street to visit another one of my hotspots. I know if you take the 159 bus you go over the Westminster Bridge (and I'm sure many other buses do too).

Being ill this weekend has meant that I've spent a lot of time in bed and looking at Instagram (yes even more than usual). So I thought I'd share a few of my favourite accounts with you, and there are plenty of others I love so if this post does well I'll post a part two. I mean I follow over 500 people so there's bound to be many others that I'd like to share, and with the new Instagram change on the horizon this might be a great way for you to find some new accounts or remember some old favourites! Don't forget to follow me too - @iamdaisyalice
Emily Rachel - @emilyrachael_
Emily is a friend of mine and was really the person who inspired me to step up my Instagram game during my final year of university. As Emily doesn't live half as near as I'd like her to, it's a nice way for me to catch up and see what she's been up to. If you want to see where I get lots of my inspiration from, take a look at this page, just a warning you may get lost in her dreamy holidays and beautiful lunches.
Evelina Barry - @evelina
Evenlina is a Youtuber who I've mentioned a lot when writing my favourite YouTubers blog post. Her feed is one of those which that makes you wished you lived in LA and are just about to jet off to your next tropical destination. It's so different to my life but I'm 100% ok with that! Follow her for lots of wonderful holiday inspiration, LA lifestyle posts and ootd's.
Georgia Green - @georgiascakes
Instagram is full of baking, biscuit and cake accounts so sometimes it's hard to find the best ones, but I believe Georgia's is one of them! I can't remember exactly how I stumbled across her feed but as soon as I did I gave her an immediate follow and I've not stopped being obsessed with her cake creations since!
Laura Lopez - @lauraponts
If there's one thing I know about Instagram, it's that people like food, and Laura Lopez has nailed the food styling trend. As a food stylist by trade Laura has made a beautiful transition over to Instagram to always treat people to seriously good looking food. This is a new account to me, but it's quickly become one of my favourites and I knew I just had to share it with you, I mean just look at all of those macaroons.
Amy Bell - @little_magpie1
I'm sure everyone (and Amy herself) is sick of me always going on about her but I can't help it. I really do love Amy's blog and Instagram. Whenever I need some outfit inspiration, I'll go straight to her blog or Instagram. Not only is she absolutely gorgeous, but she takes some really wonderful photos too! I think I like every single photo she puts up!

After feeling a little uninspired by my wardrobe and the weather being pretty awful recently, this week’s blog post is an Instagram round up. I always feel that it’s such a shame not to share the images we take on other platforms other than Instagram. So I love doing these posts and seeing what I’ve been up to in the past month, it’s always nice to reflect and remind yourself of all the things that has made you happy!
One really exciting thing that happened to me this month is that I was in a magazine! I was picked as one of Liv Purvis’s favourite fashion bloggers for the eighth issue of Blogosphere magazine. I was so happy to be featured and to be placed amongst some pretty other amazing bloggers. As I don’t have a particularly huge following it’s always lovely to get a feature like this! If you want to see a better image of my page you can find it on my Instagram. If that wasn't quite enough excitement for one weekend, I went to The Bloggers Market and got illustrated by Maëlle from Cique de Papier. I've been following her instagram for a while, so I was thrilled when she was able to squeeze me in as one of the last illustrations of the day! I love the drawing so much, I'm now trying to find the perfect spot to hang it.
Just like in my last round up post, I’ve been to The Ivy, Chelsea Gardens again and absolutely loved it! This time I went in the evening and I just enjoyed the whole experience even more. I went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and the atmosphere in the restaurant felt really special and cosy. I picked the baked rigatoni Provençale (the 4th image) for my main and picked the amazing frozen berries which is described as mixed berries with yoghurt sorbet and warm white chocolate sauce on the menu, how amazing does that sound…? I can’t wait to go back!
Please leave your instagram links below, I'd love to take a peek at yours!
This weekend was spent with friends, family and visiting new places in London. Sometimes living in London you can get wrapped up in your own little bubble and tend to stay quite local during the weekends. So, when my university friends and I decided to have a reunion I thought there was no better time to try some new places. First on the list was Searcy's Champagne bar and although it was absolutely freezing in the outside bar area, it was a fun place to try and I must admit I did get some good instagram photos. They even had a press for champagne button... After a quick drink we dashed to make our reservation at The Booking Office, which is part of the St Pancras hotel. For any other 90s baby's/Spice Girls fans you'll know why I wanted to go, it's where they filmed the video for Wannabe! My friends and I stayed there for the rest of the night and caught up over plenty of drinks and food. I'd definitely recommend going to both of these places if you want somewhere to go for drinks although both are a little pricey. Expect to pay at least £11 for a cocktail.
To finish the weekend my boyfriend and decided to treat ourselves to the afternoon at the cinema as see the Oscar nominated film Room at Picturehouse Central. As you can see from the photos below, the place is pretty special, I was in awe of the whole place. Not only is it decorated beautifully (#interiorgoals), the seats are comfortable and there's have plenty of leg space, which is definitely a plus when your boyfriend is over 6ft. After seeing the film, (which was amazing) we had lunch in the cafe downstairs which was filled was amazing cakes and pastries as well as some delicious savoury choices too! If you're feeling hungry in central London and want somewhere to grab some lunch, I would recommend taking a trip here, the nearest tube stop is Piccadilly Circus. I've put together a photo of my diary weekend and if you want to see what else throughout the week you can follow my instagram here.

This week’s post is just a quick update and a little review of somewhere I’ve been that I thought lots of you would enjoy too, I know I’ve not blogged for a while but there’s more on that later…
Something I'm focusing on this year is growing my Instagram, this might sound odd but as an ex-photography student I miss taking photos all of the time. Whilst blogging recently has taken a bit of a back seat, despite saying at the start of this year I wouldn't let it, I’ve found it easy to update my Instagram. I've mentioned it before and I know a few of you agree but managing a full time job, a social life, a relationship and a blog is hard work! I want to make sure I'm posting content because I want to and it's something I genuinely want to share, I don’t want to blog for the sake of blogging. Even though I’m a small blog I still feel an element of pressure to make sure I have a blog post up each week and sometimes I just can’t do that. Which brings me back to the theme of this post, Instagram, it’s something I love doing and updating, so I thought I'd share a few photos from 2016 so far.
One of my favourite restaurants I’ve visited this year so far is The Ivy, Chelsea Gardens London (picture number 3), I’ve wanted to visit here ever since it opened and one Sunday we popped in and managed to get a table right away. The interior decor is so beautiful and feels so luxurious in comparison to the trend of exposed bricks, copper lights fixtures and wooden benches that seems to be in most cafes at the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I love a bit of copper but it’s nice to have some of luxury every now and again. I’ll definitely be coming back and having a few cocktails at their wonderful bar or trying the chocolate bombe I’ve heard so much about. January has meant a month of eating lots of delicious food, taking trips to the cinema and making sure I spend lots of time relaxing! I’d love to know what you’ve been up to.

Unfortunately the grey weather and need to be asleep for most of the weekend means that there's no fashion or lifestyle post this week. I can't be the only one who's struggling to leave their warm cosy bed every morning. I can totally see why hedgehogs hibernate during the winter, it just makes total sense.
However I do love putting together these little Instagram round ups, they're not my most popular posts but they're one of my favourites to write. I think it's a lovely way to see what you've been up to in the last few months and remind you of all of the fun things you've done. Which meant that I was reminded of my wonderful trip to New York, I'm desperately wishing I was back there. New York in autumn just seems to be the perfect time to visit. The weather is still a little warm, they go Halloween mad during October, there's not quite as many tourists, Central Park is beginning to shed its leaves for winter and let's not forget the Columbus Day sales!
The rest of my photos are a little round up of my Autumn so far, it's all looking pretty cosy, which is just the way I like it. One of my favourite things about the end of the year is all of the fun things I get up to with my friends. It's the perfect excuse to find a great table, order some amazing food and have a good giggle over a drink or two. If all else fails, I revert to my teenage years and have a sleepover, which is where I was treated to these amazing pancakes from Liv. I also don't post many photos of myself on Instagram (unless I've published a blog post) but I wanted to share this one on Instagram as I was really pleased with how the whole blog post came out, if you missed it you can take a little look here!
If you don't already, you can follow my Instagram @iamdaisyalice for plenty of more of the above!

After having a pretty busy weekend here in London it was a little bit tricky to find the time to photograph an outfit post. So instead of not posting (again) I thought I'd do a little round up of what I've been up to in May. As you can probably tell, there was a lot of eating this month and not much else. I've found that by the time the working week has finished, I'm so tired all I want to do is catch up with friends and family over dinner. I ate a lot of Pizza in May and I believe that's exactly the way it should be. I've been obsessed with going to Franco Manca lately, it's a great place to stop off at after work to refuel on some pizza. I reckon it's got to be the best in London, they use a sourdough base which just makes the pizza that much better. May was also the month my love affair with Chelsea was reignited, wandering around the streets of Notting Hill, Sloane Square and Portobello Road in the sun made me feel so grateful to live here. I honestly believe that there really is nowhere better than London in the sun, I say it every year but it truly is the best. Walking your way through the city means you can easily discover your new favourite cafe/bar/shop by worming through the busy streets. I dare you to discover London without using the Tube, it'll be the best day in London you've ever had (just make sure you bring a brolly). Finally, the last photo in the grid is taken from a pretty exciting post I have coming up at the end of the month, so keep an eye out for that...

I simply love Instagram, everyone who knows me in real life can totally vouch for this too. Seeing as I try to upload on there every day, there's a whole other way to see what I get up to other than just waiting for my weekly posts. Just for those of you wondering, these images have been taken from late March to now. So I begin my little Instagram story with this photo of me & one of my gorgeous friends Emily, who I met during my final year a uni. She also has one of the best Instagram accounts I follow as was totally my inspiration when I decided to improve my own! We met up for drinks with another one of our friends, Sophie for a very belated catch up at the Queen of Hoxton, which is just such a great place to go out for drinks. Photobooths, a magical rooftop and mojitos? Yes please!
As I may have mentioned a few posts ago, I got myself a job as a marketing assistant at Biscuiteers and one of the many perks of the jobs is that we get to tuck into the occasional biscuit, I saw this little bunny one afternoon and had to grab it before it went as it's just too cute! The Peter Rabbit Easter eggs below the image are also by them too! How sweet are they? I think working here is going to give me a bit of a sweet tooth and whilst wondering around Clapham one Saturday afternoon I spotted this huge doughnut by Slice, street bakery. This thing was seriously huge and I probably should have shared it, but being the little piglet I am I ate the whole thing myself. Isn't that what Saturday’s are for? Another thing I’ve been enjoying on my weekends off is tucking into is the vegetarian breakfast from Graveney and Meadow. As a veggie I’m always on the hunt for good food which isn't super spicy, this breakfast ticks all the right boxes and even has a generous slice of halloumi!
Finally, this brings me to my last photo, this was taken on Saturday and is of me and my boyfriend before a wedding. This was my first adult wedding and it made me so excited for all of my friends to start getting engaged and married, although I think I'm going to have to wait a few years! However this hasn't stopped me from making a hen night Pinterest board. To the wedding I wore, a blue off the shoulder dress from ILWF and these black peep toe heels from New Look.
I'd love to know what are the best Instagram accounts you follow?
I started my 2 month internship at Biscuiteers at the start of November and I really enjoyed my time there. I learnt so much and all of the people in the office were so lovely! It was really interesting to see how a company like this works. I took advantage of the crisp but sunny weather and explored London on my weekends off. One weekend I wondered around Sloane Square with my boyfriend. We popped in and out of the shops and I fell in love with most of the things in Brandy Melville and Anthropologie. We walked up towards Kensington as it was looking very festive, especially around the Natural History Museum and both got very excited for Christmas. I've always wanted to go ice-skating here as it looks so pretty, I just need to learn how to first! During November I was given the chance to go on the BB bakery bus as part of the Virgin experience days. It was a really fun way to see all of the tourist hot spots of London whilst having afternoon tea. Other bloggers attended the afternoon so it was great to meet some new people, the cakes weren't too bad either!
December meant it was nearly Christmas so I made sure that I fit in as many festive photos and activities as possible! I started off the month by making homemade mince pies with my mum, they were so much more delicious than any other ones you can buy in the shops. I'd highly recommend making your own next year! I caught up with one of my good friends from university and we had a great matter over afternoon tea at Bills in Covent Garden, it only costs £9.95 per person which is such a bargain! Seeing as Christmas time is all about spending with the ones you love, I made sure I spent a lot of time with my friends. So I caught up with two of my favourite ladies to have our annual present exchange, I was spoilt rotten by the pair of them. Finally the month was finished off by hosting my own pre-New Year's Eve drinks! I'd not done something like this before so I was feeling a little bit nervous, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves (this might have been due to my friends selfie stick), and I'd love to do something like it again next year.

As you may or may not know (if you don't follow me on Twitter) I've been a bit poorly hence the reason for hence the reason for the lack of exciting blog posts for
this week. However I still have been posting lots on my Instagram. I try to
post daily as it keeps me taking photographs and I’m just addicted to the site,
so I thought I’d let you know what I’ve been up to. These last few weeks have been
very cake heavy apparently (I’m slightly embarrassed about how many baked goods feature in this post!) So a few weeks ago I managed to tick something off my
bucket list, I got to see Miranda Sings live. It was honestly one of the best things I’ve
ever been to see, I’m obsessed with her and colleen so I was SO excited to go! Now I
without sounding like a massive stalker, I just need to meet her! That weekend I took a trip
into London with my boyfriend on a surprisingly warm and sunny Sunday and
wondered around all of my favourite spots including, Soho (in particular Gail's
Bakery) and Regents Street for spot of
shopping which is where I found this amazing bed in Anthropologie. I also published a fashion post
last week inspired by Alexa Chungs look from LFW and I managed to get my hands
on the actual skirt she wore. If you haven’t seen that already you can see that
HERE.
Now I bet you’ve been staring at those doughnuts for a while
because if I’m honest I have been too. They’re from a lovely dinner I
had with two of my closest friends (Liv & Gemma) at our favourite spot,
Bill’s. Just to make you want them even more they’re cinnamon flavour and they
come with chocolate dipping sauce! I am drooling at the thought of them, they’re
seriously incredible. If you go you MUST also try the crispy crumbed halloumi pieces,
they were one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I could have just had
plates and plates of these for the rest of the night and I would have been happy.
Happy snapping & I hope to see you on Instagram soon!

My most recent fashion post, 7. Trees on my way home from Cornwall 8. The Great Western beach in Newquay and 9. Palm trees, Newquay.
I've not done one of these posts for a really long with and to be honest I miss them! I spend a lot of time on Instagram much to my family & boyfriends annoyance, but I love taking photos and spending the time picking the right one and editing them. I mean I studied photography at university, so of course I'm going to be a bit geeky when it comes to Instagram. My boyfriend treated me to a meal at the Crystal Palace Market restaurant a few weeks ago and I had one of the nicest cocktails I've ever had! I would quite happily only ever drink this for the rest of my life. Although I would be rather drunk, so maybe not. For those of you wondering the cocktail was a Porn Star Martini!
I spent some time in Cornwall recently and I really loved having the change of scenery as it's so different to London and this meant I was able to take photos of the sea! Living in London means that glimpses of the coast are extremely rare unless I take a trip down to Brighton. My family are from Cornwall and we used to go a lot when I was younger so it was so lovely to back for a quick trip! As I work Monday-Fridays I try to make the most of my weekends so I try to always something planned for the weekend even if it's something small.
Please leave your instagram links below as I'm always on the hunt for more people to follow.

Quickly, thankyou and hello to the new followers of this blog, thankyou so much for following I really do appreciate it!

I hope you've had a great week too! I'll back with a beauty post soon hopefully!
1. Essie - Fiji nail polish
Most beauty bloggers have had this as part of their monthly
favourite for the last couple of months so it's been a slightly tricky polish
to get hold of and you can see why. It's such a lovely nude shade perfect for
the summer; it'll look great with a tan (if England ever gets any sun) and will
go well with all your outfits and jewellery, as you won't have an issue with
clashing colours.
2. Benefit - Hoola bronzer
Just like the NARS Laguna bronzer this has been on my imaginary
beauty wish list for a while, after using at a friend’s house when I was 16 and I
have wanted it ever since! I love benefit's vintage packaging and just the name sounds appealing.
3. Marc Jacobs - Dot fragrance
This is the latest fragrance by Marc Jacobs and is already
causing quite a stir on blogs; it's said to have notes of dragon fruit, red
berries, honeysuckle and a hint of coconut. The scent is perfect for summer as
it's so fruity and apparently has a real beachy and exotic feel to it. I really
dislike the smell of coconut but I’m intrigued to smell this as the notes are
an interesting combination, not to mention it has such a gorgeous bottle!
4. the Balm - Nude
‘tude Eyeshadow Palette
the Balm is an American brand who similarly to Benefit have
amazing vintage/retro style packaging, which is what first caught my eye and intrigued
me to look further into the brand. This palette was the first product I had
heard about from the brand and I think if I was to buy anything from them it
would be this! Online the palette has been compared to the Urban Decay Naked palette
as it is based around nude/neutral shades. It's quite expensive but has been
rated quite highly on beauty sites, so I think it's definitely a good
investment piece!
5. Make up Forever - Full Cover Concealer
Again another American brand and product that seems to be
very popular with beauty bloggers, I’ve not heard many bad things about Make Up
Forever other than that the products are hard to get hold of for UK buyers and
that when choosing a shade for your skin they can darken once applied, so be
wary of that! The concealer is supposed to be a really amazing full coverage
and buildable concealer. I'm really into my concealers and I’m always looking
for new ones to try so I’m definitely going to have to try this one!
6. Tesco - Tired leg spray
Makeup artist Hayley Fell posted this on her Instragram and
as I currently work in retail I am not stranger to getting tired legs after
working 9 hour shifts. So I was intrigued to see what this was and if it
actually works and apparently it does and is only £3 from Tesco's!
P.s I've done a slight update on my blog, so you can now use
